TRI-SKI SLED
Its all about speed. Fast is good, and Mach 2 is fast. Monocoque construction provides structure, cost effectiveness and style in this steerable tri-ski sled. Aircraft style steering wheel, F-18 control panel, and braking system top off the Mach 2 sled.
Speed and control equal fun. A simple formula used in the Mach 2 Sled. A positive steering ski coupled with moulded in runners on the main skis deliver performance. High density polyethylene helps deliver a low friction coefficient as well as durability in cold temperatures. As opposed to bent metal tubing structure which was the norm in this category, single part injection moulded cut cost by over 50% with a higher percievd value.
Sledding at high speed is metered by the foot powered speed control system. At will and when needed, the user (child or adult...) could slow to sub-sonic speeds using the metal speed control system so as to keep flight parameters within the operational envelope at all times.
Aircarft styled yoke delivers full control to pull G's on tight turns. The aircraft inspired control panel graphics put the user into the scene and let imaginations run.
