ADANAC - PNEUMATIC TUBE CONVEYOR POD

Send it! High speed air conveyor pod used to transport biohazard and body fluid samples throughout hospitals and other health care facilities. Symmetrical injection molded polycarbonate outer shell reduces capital tooling expenditure using a single cavity / same part for both halves of the product.

SPECIFICATIONS

Auto-lock double snap closures ensure fool-proof hermetic sealing as leaking is simply not an option. Impact resistant polycarbonate withstands heavy hits as pods are ejected at speed into receiving bins. High production tolerances ensure part stability helping to provide a reliable waterproof seal.

ERGONOMIC

Long life anti friction bands ensure good intra conveyer tube sealing and low maintenance over the product's lifecycle. Moulded in ergonomic grips provide utility at no additional cost.
